Booking & Cancellation Policy
We look forward to welcoming you to Palmora Escapes. To ensure a smooth and secure booking experience, please review our payment and cancellation terms below:
Booking Policy
To confirm your reservation, the following payment schedule applies:
- 1–30 Days Prior to Arrival: 100% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- 31–90 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be settled at least 30 days before arrival.
- 91–180 Days Prior to Arrival: 25% payment is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Peak Season (20th December – 8th January): 100% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm reservations. A minimum stay of 4 room nights is applicable during this period (please note this may vary by resort).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing at reservations@palmoraescapes.com.
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- More than 45 Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus an administrative fee of US$150 and any applicable bank charges.
- 45–30 Days Before Arrival: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice will apply. (May vary by resort)
- Less than 30 Days Before Arrival: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice will apply. (May vary by resort)
- Peak Season (20th December – 8th January): Cancellations during this period are 100% non-refundable.
- No Shows: In the case of a no-show, 100% of the invoice will be charged as a cancellation fee.
